This is a legit review unlike some others. I have medium length hair and most often wear this when I go out on hikes and especially running. I have run at least 30 miles in this cap and its great. I seriously have little complaints.This absorbs like crazy and love the mesh as it can dry or I turn it around to cool off when my head gets hot. I have tried finding something better and haven't, not even the major brands come close.The cons:1. I have an average size mans head and have to set it to the last buttons and sometimes becomes unsnapped when the cap is wet from sweat.2. They need more designs. They are ok but if love to buy beach amd surfer designs.
