Buttery-soft leather, good stitching, well designed and sturdy. Better designed than the one it is replacing, with plenty of pockets and room for lots of cards. (It might seem a tight fit when completely full but it will stretch and mold to fit within a couple days. Play with it in your hands, the oils from your skin help it stretch as well as darkening the details.) I had been looking a while to find a nice replacement for the wolf-embossed leather wallet I got my husband 5 years ago, as he had completely worn that one out, yet was reluctant to give it up. He loved this one right away! The detail on the embossed wolf was a little faint on spots (to my eye anyhow) but this likely varies from wallet to wallet and does not affect the beauty or functionality in any way. And as it absorbs skin oils with use and darkens, the detail will stand out more.This comes in nice metal tin, which can be useful, although it has the brand name and logo on the tin rather than a decorative wolf scene like his old one, it is still a nice addition. Would definitely buy this brand wallet again.I have no idea why it has 5 stars. I guess out of the people who give it 5 stars don't actually use their wallets on a daily basis. Mine gets abused (I've had it with me when I was Kuwait and Iraq, it's been washed more than a few times on accident, it's been with me baling hay, and out in the rain and has lasted me close to ten years so far and is just now starting to tear.I bought this because I thought it would be a good wallet. Boy was I wrong. Now it has 3 card holders on each side and a picture/ID holder in the middle. I put a Debit car and a CC on the right side, and a few other business cards and a ATM card on the other. On top of it (without adding my ID and a few pictures) I add my money (a total of 9 bills). It wouldn't close. It bulges with those few items.My current wallet has handled several hundred dollars in it (in 10s) and it has held a LOT more cards than what was put in this one. The leather isn't bad (sure isn't buttery smooth like one poster said).If you are looking for a wolf wallet that is neat to show off then it's fine. If you are looking for an everyday wallet to embrace and withstand daily abuse or usage DO NOT BUY THIS. Trust me I use my wallets and this wouldn't last me one year (heck it didn't even last me 5 minutes).I buy this wallet every few years for my husband for Christmas. It is. well made and really holds up well. I will continue to buy this wallet when he needs a new one :-)Kinda small some cards didn’t fit in slots but has nice designI loved the detail of this wallet, so I bought it as a gift for my boyfriend. He loved it! However, after just a few months of use, it's beginning to REALLY show its wear and tear.This wallet is made from very thin, flimsy material. It is not the same two-tone color as shown, it's only the lighter color. You can barely even make out the scene on the front. Its only been used since Christmas and it's already pretty marked up and worn out in spots. I would not recommend this at all. I'm really very disappointed in the quality since I gave it as a gift to someone who really likes walleyes. At this point, I could've just gotten a plain wallet.It will be a gift for my father. However, for people thinking about buying, but would like to see the inside (like I would've before taking a chance), here are a couple pictures at least to have an idea.It was a Christmas gift for my husband and he loves it.
