I was really excited to get these gloves so I ordered two day shipping and fedex lost my package so a few phone calls and 10 days later I finally received my package. The packaging was fine it came in a bag and inside were the gloves attached to a piece of cardboard with the gloves information on them. The gloves themselves look very nice and are made with high quality material, the outside is nice warm wool and the inside has a soft fleece liner. I ordered a large and the fit kind of snug, the material in between the thumb and pointer finger seem to be sewn a little tighter than the rest of the glove so there is not a lot of slack to comfortably move my thumb around. I think I should have went with an extra large. But all in all they kind of fit weird. After coming from a pair of North Face gloves, I wanted to try something different. Too many people wear North Face these days and I needed something unique. With some research done on Google, I came across these gloves. They've been everything I had been looking for.At first the gloves were a bit stiff, so moving my hands and fingers was a bit awkward, but after a week they were broken in nicely. The touch screen sensitive finger and thumb tips are very useful as I had previously had to take off my gloves answer calls, text, play Spotify, etc... Also, the top mounted pocket slots are quite convenient, and with the zippers, everything stays in place with no worries of losing items.I highly recommend this product and have done so with friends and family.Got them for my boyfriend for Christmas. He’s 5’9, normal sized hands and a small fit him perfectly. He uses them for driving/walking the dog/running errands and they’re both slightly dressy and rugged looking at the same time. They also have a little zipped pocket on top of the palm where you can put money or a handwarmer which is a nice feature.Gloves fit wonderfully, true to size for me at least. Keep my hands warm in temps between 20-40, and even into the teens if for not too long a period. My single largest gripe is that t while the sensor portion of the finger tips does technically work, it does so poorly. It requires a strong press to activate, and typing is out of the question. In my iPhone 5 I'm able to easily activate voice texting, and can dial phone numbers, but would not use the gloves for more than that, anything else would be an exercise in frustration. While I won't return these gloves, and they fit my uses for them, I would likely not purchase them again. The quality of these gloves are nice, and I'm looking forward to a really cold winter to try them out and break them in more. The zipper pocket on the back of the hand is a little awkward to use when you're wearing gloves, and I'm not sure what is supposed to go in there.Purchased this for my boyfriend as a nicer pair of winter gloves. He really enjoys wearing them and uses them often. This is one of the worst products bought from Amazon. Should have listened to all the negative reviews about these gloves. These gloves are seconds or thirds, they have to be rejected for retail store sale. The thumbs are so long makes the glove useless to try to hold anything, the finger lengths are not what they should be for some fingers, short or to long compared to the others. After 15 mins. in 40 degree weather my fingers are cold. I am using them to walk the dogs early morning picking up after them. The only use I could find for them using plastic bags to pick up dog poo. Amazon take this product off your website!!!!!!!!You won't need any extra room in these. They are nice, warm and comfortable, needed a glove that looked nice and was warm for light use. They are durable but not surprisingly warm, just as warm as you'd think
