I admit that I didn't purchase the Outdoor Research Tantrum jacket in the correct size. I'm usually a small or medium (more medium as of late due to breastfeeding) but Outdoor Research can run a bit small and the large jacket was on sale for a deal I couldn't refuse. It's a little baggy, which I sort of like and sort of regret. It has a bungee on the bottom so I can tighten it and keep wind out. However, it is just loose enough that the jacket does twist up on me under my hydration pack, but that is a minor thing. I do like that the larger size gives me a little more bum coverage because my butt is always cold, even when running. I love the thumb loops, and the fact that this jacket is nice and stretchy so my shoulders don't feel confined. I took it out for 18 miles the first run and it did shed sweat fairly well. I did unzip a bit at one point to clear some heat buildup, but zipped it right back up after about 10 miles when I hit aw windier patch. It's a bit bulky when it's folded up and takes up more space than a few of my other running jackets, but on days when I'm pretty sure it's staying on the entire run, It's a clear winner for me.
