Athletic fit, incredibly light weight, breathable & pack-able jacket. It repels wind and water well, but this isn't a jacket you can spend a long time in constant rain in. Go with a Gore-Tex for that. If it might rain, I wear/pack this jacket. If it is raining, I wear/pack the OR Foray Jacket. This jacket is much lighter and breaths a lot better than the Foray, but if I had to choose between the 2, I would pick the Foray.Very light weight jacket but comfortable, packs down well, repels the casual water I encounter. It feels like a good quality piece. There is no liner, it's one layer but still thumbs up.Already own the (more expensive) OR Foray jacket, liked it so much that when I was looking for something lighter I looked again to Outdoor Research. Was not disappointed.
