Why do permit boxes for building sites cost $50 or more? This was a lot cheaper and it shows. Easy to install, I think it will do the job.Buy this. Works perfect. Holds up well. Rarely get rain and moisture inside.This is great. We want to sell our home and have made flyers for this box. Very sturdy. Different ways it easily attaches. The VELCRO tab to hold the lid closed in high winds did not work, but other than that, it is perfect for our needs. Off to get some flyers printed!Results speak louder than words! Although I had a bit of trouble fastening the INFO BOX to my FOR SALE by OWNER sign, once complete and stocked with the brochures I produced on my printer I had the house sold in less than a week. There is no doubt in my mind the INFO BOX played a significant role in the positive impression made on potential buyers.Price is right. The real estate sign company charges almost as much to rent one, as this costs to buy! Time will tell about the durability. I like the ability to mount using ties, but the 2 supplied aren’t long enough individually, to do the job. I had to link them together to be able to attach the box to the sign post. It appears to be weather resistant, and holds a good number of flyers.We decided to sell our house without a realtor and this info box worked great. My husband mounted it on the post which held our For Sale sign and we kept the box filled with house information. It didn't leak, was visible to the public and easy to access. It gave a professional appearance to our house selling endeavor.We would definitely buy it again but hope we don't have to. We sold our house (by owner) and don't intend to leave our new house soon.I bought this to help sale a house i have since i'm not living there. Great way to leave a few sheets outside the house without having an agent for listing.??So expensive and just a piece of plastic. The lid comes off easily (so not great at protecting whatever is inside) Very flimsy and so disappointed I spent this much money on it.
