The shoes are made very well. I bought them for house shoes that I can make a quick run to the mailbox or backyard with.I ordered a 9 when I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 and they are a bit snug still. I am assuming they will break in and loosen up a bit as I wear them since i believe they are leather and need some time.overall worth the price, but i would go up about a size and a half or so.i like when anything has both style and comfort. simple has that combination for me.Got these to replace the ones I have used as “house-slipper clogs” since 2001. So happy these are back. My first pair was one size larger than I usually wore at that time, so I got size 12, for my 11.5 feet and they are perfect for my use. Very comfortable, and the green color is very tasteful and a nice change from my original tan pair, which was also a nice color. Very happy!I bought a pair of these years ago it was when the company just started.. didn’t know that.. loved them and had to search them down for a new pair last year. My buddy and my daughter both commented on them this pair was for her and she loves them too.. he also bought and loves them.. best winter flip flops alternative.. ?I had this shoe in the mid 90's and wore them out beyond repair. I loved them and was so sad when I couldn't replace them. Then I saw these and other reviews raved about the same fit. I did not find this the case. The ones I received were stiff as boards, the interior of the shoe was very different and did not fit my very high instep, an issue I did not have with the original pair from the 90's.it is one of the most comfortable pair of shoes that I have ever.I love these shoes! They are definitely my go to shoes.My 1st pair lasted 15 years. I wish they still had black suede. Love the comfort!My previous pair were made in the USA. These are made China and the quality is not quite as good. The leather seems slightly less robust and the sole is different; it doesn’t seem as heavy duty. Still a very good shoe, just not quite as good as the USA made ones were, which is a little frustrating as they are at premium price levels. Don’t get me wrong, I would buy them again, they just aren’t as premium anymore.
