I use wet and forget every two years to remove all the dirt and debris on my vinly siding and it really works over time.I have not pressure washed concrete for three years now, because I use this product. It is great on driveways and sidewalks because it doesn't hurt beds and grass that border them. The hose-end solution is great because the pump spray version had me weighing the time trade-off with pressure washing--but this is fast and effective. I go through the whole teatment process in minutes, vice hours with the pump sprayer. The key is to apply it early and also to give it time. A few weeks on when my sidewalks and driveway start to turn green, I lay this on. I see an immediate change in color (green to brown; tells me it's working), and over a few weeks, doing nothing, it's gone. So early green/black to gone is a month. Unless the problem is severe. Do more applications, and double the time for results. I note this always SEEMS to help from keeping the mold/fungus from coming back. I had a neighbor pass by ask me how my drives and sidewalks look so good, becasue he dreaded pressure washing his. He was shocked when I told him I just use this once or twice a year. This stuff works. Just give it time. And a couple of applications per year. Planning and early action is key!Wet n forget works well over time and I have no gripe about its ability to clean a roof of mildew, etc, but I do have a gripe about the dealer I bought it from! I bought the 3 container deal and I think they take these opportunities to get rid of faulty inventory! One container had a pin hole on the bottom and was leaking when I received it and another one had a spray head that came apart when I tried to use it! Only one of the three worked right, so needless to say, I won't be buying from them anymore!!!!Sprayed on white vinyl fence and it was clean in a day.Goodbye pressure washer! The difference a year later is night and day. Bought my own now to do entire driveway, which is quite long.I've used Wet and Forget for years but always the concentrate that you mix up and use in a garden type sprayer but I needed to do my roof and second floor siding so their garden hose sprayer product makes it easy to cover large areas quickly. I love this stuff!This definitely killed the moss on my patio along with some grass when I sprayed too far over but that was my fault. Glad I bought the 3 pack.
